Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

This applies to bespoke cake orders only, for our online shop see our section on online orders. From experience we prefer email – this ensures all your important order details are in writing and we don’t make any mistakes! We can also reply when we are less busy, providing you with the time and detail your order deserves. Please email us at cakes@pieceofcake.gi

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks in advance for bespoke cakes and at least 1 week for brownies, cookies and cupcakes. Wedding cakes should be ordered at least 6-8 weeks in advance. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) we recommend ordering even earlier.

What flavours are available?

We offer a wide range of sponge flavours including Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Lemon, Carrot, and more. Fillings include Buttercream, Cream Cheese, Chocolate Ganache, and fresh fruit options. Please ask if you have a specific flavour in mind – we love creating new combinations!

Do you cater for allergies?

We can accommodate many dietary requirements including nut-free, egg-free and dairy-free options. Please let us know about any allergies when placing your order. Please note that while we take every precaution, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the collection/delivery date will be charged the full amount.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer delivery within Gibraltar. Delivery charges depend on the location and size of the order. Please ask for a quote when placing your order.

Online Shop Orders

Our online shop offers brownies, cookies, and other treats that can be ordered directly through the website. Orders are prepared fresh and available for collection. Please allow 48 hours for online shop orders.
