Terms & Conditions

Bookings and Deposits

A tentative date can be booked for 5 working days without a deposit after which the date shall be removed if no deposit has been paid. Once order details are confirmed, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. All cakes need to be paid in full before the date of collection/delivery.

Pricing

All prices quoted are estimates and may change depending on the final design. A final price will be confirmed once all details have been agreed upon. Prices include the cake, decoration and a standard cake board/box. Delivery charges are additional.

Amendments

Changes to orders can be made up to 2 weeks before the collection/delivery date. Changes made after this may not be possible or may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to designs where necessary.

Collection and Delivery

Cakes are available for collection from our premises at The Residence, 29-35 Engineers Lane, Gibraltar. Collection times will be confirmed when your order is finalised. For delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed time.

Liability

Once a cake has been collected or delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs. We take every care to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. Please see our transporting tiered cakes guide for advice on transporting your cake safely.

Images

All images on our website and social media are of cakes we have previously made. As each cake is handmade, slight variations may occur. We will always do our best to match the agreed design.
