Gluten Free Victoria Sandwich Cake. Three layers of vanilla sponge, filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream, topped with vanilla frosting and sprinkles.   Made in a Gluten environment- prepared separately-may not be suitable for severe allergies.
